Resoome is an AI-powered resume analysis platform that provides:

• Resume-to-job description match analysis
• Per-section resume improvement recommendations
• ATS keyword optimization
• AI-powered mock interview questions
• Automatic cover letter generator

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Credit System

Resoome uses a credit system to access paid features. Credit terms:

• Credits do not expire
• Purchased credits are non-refundable
• Credits cannot be transferred to other accounts
• 1 credit = 1 action (analysis, mock interview, cover letter, ATS optimization, or re-analyze)

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (resumes, CVs). By using our service, you grant us a license to process that content to provide the analysis service. We will not use your content for any other purpose.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, disrupt, or excessively burden the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code
• Create fake accounts or use another person's identity
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

7. Disclaimer

Our service is provided "as is" without any warranties. AI analysis results are suggestions and do not guarantee success in job applications. We are not responsible for decisions made based on analysis results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resoome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms of service. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms of service from time to time. Changes are effective after being posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you agree to the updated terms.
